Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Drift Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Las Vegas working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
