Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Cedar Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
