Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
