Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
