Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Silverline Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
