Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
