Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
