Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Umber Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
