Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Wren Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 836 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
