Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Vista Water Authority is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
