Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
