Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Group is a facilities company in El Paso with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
