Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Dallas, TX)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Dallas, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
