Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Energy and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
