Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Willow Manufacturing is a Cleveland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
