Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
