Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing is a Cleveland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
