Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
