Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
