Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration.
