Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Vale Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Boise area. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Boise. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
