Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Boise, ID)

Bright Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boise. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints.
