Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners collects and processes waste and recycling around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
