Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
