Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Maple Water Authority is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
