Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Farms and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
