Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Stone Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
