Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge West Transit Planning and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 264 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
