Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
