Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wren Energy Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
