Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Energy and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 230 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
