Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
