Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
