Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
