Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Tampa with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
