Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Analytics is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 8 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
