Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Spokane design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
