Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
