Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Seattle, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections.
