Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Seattle, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
