Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Summit Construction is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
