Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Yarrow Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
