Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Basin Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
