Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sparrow Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
