Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
