Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quill Energy and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
