Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Oak Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
