Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Reno, NV)

Northwind Corner Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
