Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Westbrook River Manufacturing makes precision components in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
