Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Linden Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
